My experience with English

Hello everyone!

I want to tell you that my experience with English is negative, since in spite of being 20 years old, I don't understand basic aspects of that universal language. I am certain that in order to fulfill the desires I have in life, I must learn English in a good way and other languages that in the near future may be relevant to my life.




I believe that in order to know the language, it is indispensable to be in an environment where the language is handled, in addition to necessarily having a good instruction, obtained from the educational institutions of our country. Since there is great inequality in the quality and form of teaching, it is to be expected that there is a great imbalance in the subject matter reinforced by the educational system. In basic education, in the municipal establishment where I studied, I did not understand the correct way to study the language, achieving not having a minimum knowledge base. During high school, teachers assumed that we had some baseline knowledge, and well, I just didn't learn it.




It has always been difficult for me to make the blogs, despite that, I manage to acquire a knowledge by the composition of sentences and ideas that I want to detail through this medium. What I find most difficult is the videos where I must speak in English, but as it costs me more, I learn more, in pronunciation, speed to formulate a set of words and other accomplishments like that.


Future:


I plan in the near future, to be able to instruct myself in a language institution to learn to speak English, as I said, I am certain that if or if I need to learn and manage it optimally.

The education system: Its characteristics today and how it should be

In the following report, I will tell you a personal opinion on a subject I like: Education.

I believe that the educational system has a particular relevance in people's lives, since it provides not only knowledge, but also the tools to identify one's own structure of life that each one assumes according to his or her own interests.

However, like any project in life, its orientations can be interpreted in many ways, assuming at present (and since its creation) a model that standardizes behaviors in citizenship, normalizes domination to the benefit of a few, and values a small group of capabilities, avoiding the development of areas of interest of the student.

In this sense, I believe that education must be urgently transformed, so that it becomes a liberating tool that can contribute through dialogue, valuing difference and criticizing constant progress and improvement of errors.

In order to generate this transformation, it is necessary not to build a different educational system, but a cultural change that is sufficiently structural, so that the school adheres to completely different values, that values and emphasizes in all cases, that we are social beings, with sensitivity to avoid indifference to the consequences of our actions -or those of others.

In order to materialize this cultural change, it becomes important to win the dispute of ideas with those who have been concerned with creating and strengthening the current educational model. Work that is complex, but for nothing, impossible hehe

Change my program of study

The subjects that exist in my curriculum in "Public Administration" at the University of Chile are characterized by their diversity, by having basic content in many areas, such as: Political Science, History, Sociology, Political Science, Law and Economics. I think it is an extensive and precise study plan, however, I would like there to be greater concern for issues related to research, Chilean history and political science (increasing the chairs for this). 

                                                       


Study times are not high, i.e. the duration of the "public administration" plan is not a problem. In total there are 5 years to pass and obtain the degree of Public Administrator and 4 years to obtain the degree in Political Science and Government. 

   
The insfraestructure despite has five storeys, is still very much vulnerable, since we do not have elevator, dining room, patio according to the amount of students we are, few fans, few bathrooms, few printers, only a computer room, among other deficiencies that becomes transcendental to revert in the cut / medium term.

The technology we use is scarce, however, it is enough to fulfill the university chores in a normal way. Among other things, we have technology such as (computers, projectors, ipad, calculators, prints, among others)

Finally, the methodology of the professors is multiple and varied - depending on the professor and the chair - the form of teaching and of evaluation of our capacities is changed, however, this situation would be reformed to assure a minimum floor of methodologies to use (as evaluations of reading, reports, relation matter with national reality, among others.

Good morning everyone!

I tell you that throughout my life, I have had great interest in physical activity in general, I have always liked to participate in various sports.



My taste for sport is generated for various reasons, share with my friends, decrease the levels of tension that I can have at different times, improve my health, understanding that sport is extremely positive for our body. The sports that I practice are not many, however, because I like physical activity, I have no problem in participating in one (which I do not like) in particular. Anyway, my favorite sports are:

• Football: Despite not having great skills in this sport, I am passionate about how great it can be generated, a beautiful match (technically spoken) and a pleasant atmosphere with my team/rivals. In addition, it is a faithful reflection of the popular saying "the practice makes the teacher", that is to say, with constancy, you can considerably improve your own performance in this sport, something that motivates me.

• Table Tennis: My approach to this sport starts at an early age, in my basic education. From that moment on, I loved ping pong. It is necessary to be very detailed and cautious, to measure with precision our movements, in spite of these difficulties, like the soccer, the practice does to the teacher, then with constancy, I have managed to overcome with the passing of time.

Unfortunately, this was not always the case, since as a child, I suffered from "asthma", that is, I was completely limited from doing physical activity without intensive care.

My study in the postgraduate

 Hello, my dear followers, 

      I have many interests in life, I am currently studying my first university degree to obtain the degree of "Public Administrator" and a degree in government and political science. 

      My "plan to follow" to obtain my graduate degree. I would like to obtain a master's degree in an area related to my current career, mainly accentuating Political Science. That magister I intend to obtain it through the process "continuity of study". This is a possibility that the Universidad de  Chile gives to access in a more practical way, to said study program. Fortunately, this means obtaining benefits, as less amount to pay to fund the study plan and less time.

     I am certain that the obtaining of the magister in Political Science will be the first specialization of many, in the sense that there are several topics that I would like to deepen in life. I do not rule out the possibility of continuing to carry out postgraduate studies in areas such as: Education, economics, elaboration of public policies, among others.

     Of all forms, there is a topic that me very passionate, and it is the link that can have the education with regard to the political of our society, in this sense, if they ask me now, those serian both areas where I would specialize myself, up to coming to the doctor's degree.

My future job

¡¡¡ Good morning everybody !!! 

In this opportunity I will talk about my "ideal work for the future"

As I mentioned in previous reports, there are many areas that I like, this goes hand in hand with future professions which I would like to perform. It is complex to answer this question, I have many ideas in mind, however, I would like to start in a particular field, education and research <3

I'd like to speak at the first moment for beginning of my work in the education ministry. The area of elaboration of public policies is the one that I most like -for now-. I wold like to develop from there, different projects for the benefit of all students in the country, especially for the most vulnerable groups.

In the area of research I´d like to focus on "social problems". for that I need to be on a platform that has an interest in hiring personnel like the one mentioned. In that sense, I would like to be a university academic of the Council of Rectors -preferably my house of study, University of Chile-

My university career

Good evening to all!

At present, I am studying public Administration in the University de Chile.

I chose this career due to the great quantity of chairs - in different matters - that are of my interest (history, right, political science, investigation, management publishes, between others)


There are many sectors of which, I would like to dedicate myself to a future, time will be in charge of specifying the options, however, I like studying about the mentioned areas.

My favorite subject - up to now - is called "The public administration and the political phenomena", is a branch related to the political science + history (I loveeeee  !!!)

The subject that I like the least is English, this happens because I do not know how to understand that language -the educational establishments, family and environment, in general, do not handle the language- it causes enormous complexity.

My career has taught me, as a synthesis, for now, that it provides me with the tools to develop what I like (with respect to the areas of dedication in the future). Besides that, it is very important to study and strive to achieve good results in my favorite subject (I understand that it is very necessary to know English, I plan to learn outside of the University)

A life with pets

A life with pets 

Since I was little I had a lot of pets (dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, rabbits, fish and others). My favorite animal is the dog, that's why, mostly, I have had a greater relationship with them. I have a wide memory about the animals that I have had. 

My first pet was called Luna (cute puppy) who, unfortunately, was my companion for a few weeks, Benji (a mestizo full of hairs hahaha) was my companion for some years, Martina (a great and intelligent Labrador) also accompanied me during my childhood.

Chickens, turtles and rabbits were accessible, since at the fair they could buy and get, of the three mentioned, what I played with my chicken and rabbit, both were fast and good to eat, I remember that I loved to feed them.

I currently have three pets, two dogs and a cat. My dogs are called Robin (a cute poodle) and Machi, and a cat named Tano (for Audax Italiano soccer team)

In the future I would like to live in a plot (because it is sooooo big) and in this way, I would have many companions (pets), I would have - dogs, cats, snakes, fish, monkeys and many more.

My favorite vacations,

The best vacations of my life, they happened 13 years ago, it was a visit to my grandmother, in Temuco's surroundings, to the south of Chile. I represented with my father and my major brother.



This one was better vacations that I have had, my grandmother was possessing a mess of different animals (cows, porks, roosters, etc) to which fondness could make them and share with them, inclusive, to play or to use them as way of transport (jajaja).

Near his house, many incredible forests exist, rivers and very pretty lakes, which made me delighted, to enjoy the green areas is one of my better puzzles. The trees moving for the air, the animals, to listen to the birds to sing, or water of the river to move, they are, briefly, elements that fascinate me.


My grandmother cooked very much and very tastily, it might say that the food in my trip, was one of the best things.

 <3 But for overcoat, I think that it was the best vacations, because it me generated instants of happiness with my family and recollections that continue being present until today. <3

Great Britain: The dream

In the near future like to visit many, a country located in Europe, her name is Great Britain.

 I like this country because it has great historical content and cutural in the world. Took place in Great Britain the industrial revolution the engine of growth of principles governing in our society. I´d like to learn much learn about his culture, economics and politics. To study in universities in public of Great Bretaña, it is a professional dream for my studies in political science and history.

Gastronomy is very relevant, I´ like eat different food, while I´ do not know.

The infrastructure is beautiful and clasic, are very large, and it annoys much admiration. My infrastruture favorite is present in libraries, galleries,  university and houses.

Across the photographies, I can estimate a beautiful landscape, where the mountains and the sea, they believe the environment through that so much I want to live.

When it goes, he will visit his principal natural marvels: “Causeway of the Giant” and “The Needles”
